Acted as professor and entrepreneurship director at CENTRO (Mexican leading university within design and creative disciplines). Led Abdeo Medical/Innovamédica. Which was acquired in 2010 by Alandra Medical. Founder of Peerant, which was the first spin-off of a Mexican company taken to Silicon Valley; Founder of Simitel, pioneer company in voice recognition and software development. Founder of Mexico.com, first internet portal in Mexico. Latin American telecommunications – pioneer in e-commerce and IP voice. Member of Endeavor’s entrepreneurs/mentors’ network and two times winner of the 2004 and 2008 Intel’s Technology Award (with his companies Simitel and Innovamédica), Marcus is recognized as a top-notch high impact entrepreneur. His executive profile and his successful business have been matter of different business cases and publications in Mexico and the USA.
